After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Marlins will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets through the MLB Ballpark App. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into loanDepot park.

Upon execution of your rental agreement, a Marlins Premium Team Member will connect you with our catering team at Levy Restaurants should you wish to have food and drinks pre-ordered.
No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the venue.
On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering spend between $59-$74 per person. For example, a spread of chef-driven food and drinks that include alcohol would typically arrive in the $74 per person range. Our caterers at Levy Restaurants do have pre-arranged packages to ease the process. As a reminder, however, catering is not required.
Yes, you may purchase additional "Standing Room Only" tickets in your suite. There is no deadline to purchase additional tickets once you have purchased the suite.
Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.
Children up to 36 months old do not need a ticket to enter the ballpark; however, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of any other Guests. Any Guests older than 36 months of age must possess a ticket to enter.
Car seats are permitted inside the ballpark; however, a ticket must be purchased as it will account for a seat.

Your suite tickets do not provide club access, but do provide access to all general areas of loanDepot park, such as the Promenade.
Valet parking passes are provided with your suite. Your Marlins Representative will reach out to confirm your valet parking passes and how to redeem them. The VIP entrance is located just steps away from your valet parking, through the PNC Club doors. A map can be found at Parking at loanDepot park.

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however.
Yes, gratuity is customary.
