What is MarlinsPremium.com?

MarlinsPremium.com is the official suites website of the Miami Marlins. The site is designed for suite sales, and is operated by the Miami Marlins.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes, all suites listed on MarlinsPremium.com are posted directly from the Miami Marlins.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Premium Experience

How do I purchase a Miami Marlins suite?

To rent a Miami Marlins suite, simply click on the desired game via the RENT A SUITE page to view available suite options. You may then purchase directly from the website, or by contacting the Miami Marlins Premium Department at 305-480-1522 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Miami Marlins Premium Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be digital-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be digital-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Marlins will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into loanDepot park.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on MarlinsPremium.com are private for your group.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all suites are ADA accessible. Guests may enter through The Club: DEX Imaging entrance.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on MarlinsPremium.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)
  • Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

As an alternative to payment in full, an initial payment of 25% is accepted. Payment in full must be received at least 22 days prior to your selected game.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be additional in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Upon execution of your rental agreement, a Marlins Premium Team Member will connect you with our catering team at Levy Restaurants should you wish to have food and drinks pre-ordered.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the venue.

How much does catering typically cost?

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering spend between $45-$70 per person. For example, a spread of chef-driven food and drinks that include alcohol would typically arrive in the $70 per person range. Our caterers at Levy Restaurants do have pre-arranged packages to ease the process. As a reminder, however, catering is not required.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Yes, you may purchase additional "Standing Room Only" tickets in your suite. There is no deadline to purchase additional tickets once you have purchased the suite.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children up to 36 months old do not need a ticket to enter the ballpark; however, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of any other Guests. Any Guests older than 36 months of age must possess a ticket to enter.

Car seats are permitted inside the ballpark; however, a ticket must be purchased as it will account for a seat.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and loanDepot park)?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the venue?

Your suite tickets do not provide club access, but do provide access to all general areas of loanDepot park, such as the Promenade.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Valet parking passes are provided with your suite, which along with your tickets, can be digitally transferred to guests. Additional information regarding parking and location of the valet is located here: Parking at loanDepot park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The VIP entrance is located just steps away from your valet parking. A map can be found at Parking at loanDepot park.

When does my suite open?

Suite access is provided 2 hours prior to first pitch.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite on game day?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?

For any issues regarding your suite, please contact your Marlins representative. We also have guest services personnel available on your suite level for immediate attention.
